Shipment Processing Time
All Scrape Guard products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days (depending on order volume) for manufacturing and processing before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (USA)
Typically 3–5 business days in transit after shipment.

International
Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Scrape Guard is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Claims
Scrape Guard is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. For our records, please also email protect@scrape-guard.com with photos.
