Scrape Guard Return Policy

Made by hand, made to fit
Every Scrape Guard is made to order and finished by hand by a small team in Riverside, California. We design each guard for function first: fit, flexibility, and protection. Small cosmetic differences like minor surface marks, fine print lines, or slight variations in color or texture are a normal part of how each piece is made. They don't affect how the guard works, and they are not considered defects.

Please test-fit before you peel
Before you remove the adhesive backing, hold the guard up to your bumper and check the fit. Once the backing has been peeled or the guard has been installed, it can't be returned unless it is defective as described below.

Changed your mind?
No problem. You can return an unused guard within 30 days of delivery if:
- The adhesive backing has not been peeled
- It hasn't been installed
- It's in the same condition you received it

You pay for return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn't refundable. This also applies if you ordered a guard for the wrong vehicle.

Defective items
We consider a guard defective only if a problem stops it from fitting or working on the vehicle it's listed for. For example, the wrong shape for the listed model, or a crack or tear that affects how it protects your bumper. Cosmetic differences are not defects.

If your guard is defective, or we sent you the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send you a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping.

How to start a return
Email protect@scrape-guard.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Final sale
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be unused, with the adhesive backing intact, and in its original packaging.
